Why this site exists
Detailing software is split between automotive-specialist platforms and broad field-service products. The useful question is rarely “which product has the most features?” It is “which plan removes the most friction from my actual week at a cost I can justify?”
What makes DetailerFit different
- Plan-level comparisons: we look at the first tier that contains the workflow you need, not only the advertised starting price.
- Bottleneck-first decisions: booking, routing, team size, device fit and job volume can change the recommendation.
- Research labels: we do not present vendor-document research as hands-on testing.
- Commercial separation: affiliate commissions do not buy ranking positions.
- Corrections are welcome: vendors and readers can send current official documentation when something changes.
What we publish
Current pricing and plan-limit research, workflow comparisons, head-to-head decision guides and a rules-based Software Finder.
What we do not claim
We do not invent customer results, personal product usage or “tested” labels. When hands-on testing is added later, the test workflow and date will be stated explicitly.
